Galvanized Boat Nails are also referred to as a Flat Point Nail. This nail is traditionally used for boat building in UK & Ireland. These traditional nails are also commonly used for external restoration work and used on Oak Timber Frame Buildings. The boat nail is manufactured in the traditional way.

The Galvanised nails are cut from sheet steel same as the traditional cut nail. the galvanised nail features a long tapered shank and a rounded Rose Head. The cut boat nails are then Hot Dipped Galvanised (HDG) to international standards.
