Anchorset Red 300

Anchorset Red 300 polyester resin is a high performance, rapid curing two-part chemical anchoring system based on unsaturated polyester rein in styrene. Applied in one single action, this general purpose resin will produce a cost effective, strong, chemical resistant fixing. 

Ideal for fixing railing, satellite dishes, signs, brackets and other fixtures which carry heavy loads. Particularly useful for use in brick work, stone, concrete, hollow structures and close edge applications.

Application

Drill hole to required diameter and depth. Clean hole and remove debris. Unscrew the lid, cut off the top of the bag underneath the metal clamp and attach the appropriate mixing nozzle. Place the cartridge into a standard cartridge gun and extrude material until an even colour is achieved. Apply to hole working from the base out. Inject sufficient material to cause a little surplus to eject from the hole when fixing is inserted. Stop the flow by releasing the back pressure on the dispenser. Insert the fixing with a rotary motion. Wipe away any excess material. Do not load the fixing until material is fully cured.
